Tot plegat un binomi curi\u00f3s entre el meu m\u00f3n literari interior i la meva necessitat de comunicaci\u00f3 exterior. Llegir, parlar i escriure s\u00f3n eixos de la meva personalitat. I per aix\u00f2, crec fermament en el poder del llenguatge com a estrat\u00e8gia de millora individual, professional i social.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 tinc una clara vocaci\u00f3 de servei que juntament amb la meva passi\u00f3 per la comunicaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha concretat en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la doc\u00e8ncia i de l\u2019acompanyament personal i acad\u00e8mic. Llicenciada en Filologia Hisp\u00e0nica per la Universitat de Barcelona i M\u00e0ster en Gesti\u00f3 i Planificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 per la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona, des del 2015 \u00a0he impartit assignatures d\u2019Estrat\u00e8gies Comunicatives, Lideratge, Gesti\u00f3 d\u2019equips i Direcci\u00f3 de persones al Tecnocampus de Matar\u00f3-Maresme (UPF). A m\u00e9s,\u00a0 he participat, i guanyat, Lligues de Debat de Secund\u00e0ria i he estat jutgessa en Lligues de Debat universit\u00e0ries. Actualment, s\u00f3c Tutora Acad\u00e8mica dels graus universitaris d\u2019Infermeria, Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica i de l\u2019Esport i de Fisioter\u00e0pia. I des de fa m\u00e9s de 20 anys, tamb\u00e9 imparteixo mat\u00e8ries de llengua, literatura i orat\u00f2ria a secund\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Al 2019, vaig entrar en contacte amb el m\u00f3n del <em>coaching<\/em> i vaig tenir clar que tot el que era fins al moment es concretava en aquesta professi\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2 em vaig acreditar per la <em>International Coaching Federation<\/em> com a <em>Executive Coach<\/em> al 2020. I un any m\u00e9s tard vaig crear <em>Beth Rosell Coach &amp; Communication<\/em>, amb seu a Sant Cugat. El meu projecte m\u00e9s personal. El que em fa sentir que tot el que he fet fins ara t\u00e9 un sentit. Un projecte amb una doble vessant: la del <em>coaching<\/em> tant per a joves i adolescents, com per a adults i la de l\u2019orat\u00f2ria, amb formacions d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies comunicatives orals per a adults i empreses.<\/p>\n<p>Des del 2021, formo part de la de la <strong>Xarxa de Dones Emprenedores de Sant Cugat<\/strong>, una associaci\u00f3 que ha fet que em senti integrada al lloc on visc i on treballo i amb altres dones amb inquietuds semblants a les meves, amb ganes d\u2019emprendre i de treballar per als seus projectes.
