Tinc una ment curiosa i desperta, i m\u2019apassiona el creixement personal. Crec fermament que con\u00e8ixer-nos millor ens ajuda a cr\u00e9ixer i a liderar amb consci\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Gaudeixo de la natura, la dansa, la lectura, la cuina i els moments amb la meva fam\u00edlia i amics. Per\u00f2 <strong>el que m\u00e9s em motiva \u00e9s ajudar les persones i organitzacions a trobar el seu equilibri i benestar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>De les finances al lideratge conscient<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tinc m\u00e9s de 14 anys d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en <strong>controlling financer<\/strong> dins d\u2019entorns multinacionals i m\u00e9s de 20 anys en diverses organitzacions. Durant aquest temps, vaig liderar equips i acompanyar persones en el seu desenvolupament professional i personal. Amb els anys, vaig entendre que liderar \u00e9s acompanyar, i que per ser un bon l\u00edder, primer cal cr\u00e9ixer com a persona.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest proc\u00e9s d\u2019autoconeixement em va portar a adonar-me que l\u2019\u00e8xit professional i el reconeixement social no omplien el meu ser ni m\u2019apropaven a la felicitat real. Aix\u00ed va n\u00e9ixer la meva voluntat de transformar-me i posar el focus en les persones i en la manera com treballem per aconseguir un benestar real i sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SenVal Consulting: transformar la cultura empresarial des del benestar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta visi\u00f3 em va portar a fundar SenVal Consulting, un projecte que <strong>ajuda les empreses a transformar la seva cultura organitzativa<\/strong> per posar en el centre el benestar emocional i el creixement de les persones.
